How to Search for Your Purchase Order(s)

The Order Management section allows you to search, view, print and download (in a .CSV format) PO's.

Purchase Orders will remain in your account for 90 days. After this time period has expired your orders will be archived and will no longer be viewable.
  1. Click on Purchase Order Management on your account Home Page - The number of unviewed order(s) in your account will be displayed next to the purchase order management link: You may also access the section by clicking on PO Mgmt on the tool bar across the top of your screen

  2. After clicking on Purchase Order Management you will be brought to the Order Management screen - You are given the ability to view your orders several different ways:

    • Document Status: This displays how many Purchase Orders are Unviewed (the order has not been opened or examined by an account user) and how many orders are Viewed (the order has been opened by an account user)
      i. To open either Viewed or Unviewed orders click on the appropriate link

ii. A listing of all PO's in the associated category will be displayed

iii. To view a specific order click on the order number
    • Search for Results: This provides you with the ability to search for order(s) using one or multiple types of criteria. For example:
      i. You may key in the specific Purchase Order # in the appropriate field and then click on Search - A result will return with only one specific PO# to view - To view the order click on the PO #

ii. If you select either Open (all Open PO's) or Canceled (all Canceled PO's) as a Status option and then click on Search - A listing of multiple results fulfilling either one of these categories will be returned - To view any one of the orders click on the PO#

iii. If a specific Location ID is specified and a specific Order Date Range is entered - All results for the specific location ID within the date range specified will be available - to view any one of the orders click on the PO#

**NOTE** If you enter in no criteria for search, the search results will bring up all POs.
    • Additional Search Criteria: In addition to the search criteria described above you are also given the following additional controls over your search criteria:
      i. Display First _ items per page: This allows you to customize the amount of search results that are viewable per web page, the default setting is "10" results per page - For Example: If you know you have 20 PO's and would like to view all of them in one search without having to hit the next button, you would change the Display First _ per page to 20

ii. Display _ line items per page: This allows you to customize the amount of line items on an Order to be displayed per web page, the default setting is "All"; meaning that all of your PO line items will be displayed on one single web page - If you have a slow Internet connection, it may take a long time for an order with a large quantity of line items to load on your screen; hence you many want to reduce the Display _ line items per page to a lesser number like 5, which will only display 5 PO line items per page (click on the Next button to see additional line items)
